Dopomine is a shopping simulator. Nothing is sold. Nothing ships. Charged stays $0.00.

This is a simulator

Dopomine is a parody store for the ritual of shopping: browse, cart, check out, track, unbox. No real commercial transaction is processed. No physical product is shipped. The card on checkout is fake and pre-filled. We never ask for a real card number, password, or billing account.

What stays in this browser

There are no accounts. Cart, orders, address, closet, wishlist, saved searches, follows, and guest theater (bids, offers, seller notes) live in this browser under localStorage key dopomine.v1. Checkout name and address never leave the device. Clear site data in your browser and they are gone.

The one thing that leaves

If you post a product review, the name, star rating, and text you typed are copied to a shared anonymous list so other visitors can read them. No email and no login are collected with that post. A review you post cannot be deleted from this page. Do not put anything in a review you need to keep private.

Cookies and analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics on the live site to count page views and referrers. It does not use advertising cookies, does not sell data, and does not load Google Analytics or AdSense. Vercel may set a first-party analytics cookie on dopomine-website.vercel.app. We do not show a consent banner for that lightweight traffic counter. Optional browser notifications for delivery stages, if you allow them, stay on this device.

How to delete your data

Use your browser settings to clear cookies and local storage for this site. That removes the cart, orders, and closet on this device. It does not remove a review you already posted to the shared list.

Contact

There is no support inbox attached to this project. Questions about what the site is are answered on the About page. If shopping is hurting you, use the real resources linked there — not a fake store.
